Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course you can! If you feel juicing isn’t good for you, simply cancel from your account page.

Can I change my juice plan at any time?

Yes! You can change up or change down your plan at any time.

Are cleanse plans available by subscription?

Yes.  We recommend 4 cleanses a year.  This would be the 5-day cleanse done quarterly for best results.

Can I order monthly juice subscription and add the quarterly cleanse pack?

Yes. This is highly recommended for optimum health. The best combination is the Juice Happy pack with the Cleanse Fanatic pack.  The most practical is the Juice Lover pack with the Cleanse Fanatic pack.

What if i want to order more than 60 juices a month?

Then add two packs together to get the number of juices you would like for your family.

How do I select my delivery dates and juices?

Choose the subscription for the amount of juices you want, choose your 12 juices, then select the start date before clicking the Add to Cart button.

What if I want to change my juice selection the following month?

Simply go into your account page and let us know what juices you would like to change. Otherwise your juice selection for the following month will be the same as last month.

What if I want to change my juice delivery date the following month?

When you first set up your subscription, ie: date of delivery 1st of each month, the delivery will be the same each month depending on the calendar day.  We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.  Therefore if the delivery date one month falls on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery will be postponed to the next business day.
